INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever held off Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky 71-70 on Thursday night for their first home win of the season. Clark finished with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the Fever (2-3). Victoria Vivians added 15 points and Aaliyah Boston had 13 points and 10 rebounds. Reese scored 20 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Sky (2-2). Candace Parker added 11 points and 10 rebounds, and Courtney Vandersloot had 10 points and 7 assists. The Sky led by four points with 1:36 remaining, but Clark hit a 3-pointer to cut the lead to one. After a miss by Reese, Clark was fouled and made both free throws to give the Fever a 71-70 lead with 12.5 seconds left. The Sky had a chance to win the game, but Vandersloot's 3-point attempt bounced off the rim at the buzzer. Indiana (2-3) notched its first home victory in impressive fashion by fending off Chicago (2-2).
